Refund policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact FLVR within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with our production partner to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not return an item without authorization.
